I think enforcing self-discipline through careful pre-planning, establishment of production schedules and ongoing evaluation efforts has always been key to any successful program. The addition of social media doesn&#039;t change that, it just makes the load heavier for what are frequently understaffed and under-resourced nonprofit communications departments (as a department of one in a 1,200-employee organization, I speak from experience).</description>
